There' nothing wrong with having casual wedding. In fact, many prefer a more casual setting to a large wedding with hundreds of guests. The good thing about having a casual wedding is that there is no need for extensive planning. The planning can be done quickly, and there aren' a whole lot of arrangements that have to be made. Everything can be done in your terms and they way you want. Even casual wedding invitation wording doesn' have to be as extreme as that of a large wedding.

A casual wedding can take place anywhere. You can opt to have it in your church or you can even have it in your own backyard. All you need is a marriage certificate and someone willing to marry you. If you're wedding is casual, keep everything simple. You don' need a big fancy wedding dress, consider getting a casual sun dress instead.

The groom doesn' need to have a tux, instead a simple pair of dress pants and a button up shirt will work just fine. Let your guests know that there is no need for them to dress up either, after all if you are dressed in a simple dress you don' want your guest to out dress you.

The decorations can be kept simple as well. Make sure you have enough seating for your guests, and maybe a small wedding arch for you to get married under. If you are getting married in your back yard or at a family member' house, you can have the reception there as well. This way there is no need to rent an additional space to have the reception. Consider having a DJ set up and play music, and renting a dance floor for the yard.

Depending on the climate in your area, you can decide whether or not you should rent a tent. You can get a tent large enough to accommodate all of your guests in case of rain. You can even hold the entire ceremony and reception in the tent area. All you need to decorate a temt is a few strands of white lights. Other than that you're good to go
